椎板开窗减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效观察

目的探讨椎板开窗减压治疗节段腰椎管狭窄症(LSS)的临床疗效。方法对2010年1月至2011年10月恩施州中心医院收治的经椎板开窗减压治疗的43例LSS患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并应用Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及Beaujon功能评分法进行主客观评估,评价疗效。结果全组患者手术均顺利完成,随访0.5～1年。ODI、VAS和Beaujon评分均有显著改善(P<0.05),日本矫形外科协会标准的优良率为93.02%。结论椎板开窗减压操作简便、安全,对椎体稳定性影响小,疗效满意,是治疗LSS的有效手段。

Observation on the Fenestration Decompression Effect in the Treatment of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Objective To investigate the fenestration decompression clinical efficacy on lumbar spinal stenosis（LSS）. Methods Retrospective clinical analysis of fenestration decompression in the treatment of 43 cases of LSS patients from Enshi Prefecture Central Hospital during Jan. 2010 and Oct. 2011 was done, and ODI ,VAS and Beaujon functional score were applied for subjective and objective assessment and efficacy evaluation. Results All surgeries were successfully completed,and follow-up was done for 0.5-1 year. ODI and VAS, and the Beaujon score have significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the JOA efficacy rate was 93.02%. Conclusion Fenestration decompression is a safe and easy operation with small impact on vertebral stability and sastisfactory results, which is an effective treatment of LSS.
