大蒜素对小鼠性腺轴影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨大蒜素对小鼠性腺轴的影响,为大蒜素的进一步开发利用提供一定线索。方法:健康ICR清洁小鼠,按性别随机分成3组实验组和3组对照组。实验组分别连续灌服大蒜素14d、21d和28d,对照组同期分别灌服生理盐水。采用ELISA法检测各组小鼠血清促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雄性小鼠的睾酮(T)含量,以及雌性小鼠的雌二醇(E2)含量。结果:雄性小鼠连续灌服大蒜素14 d时实验组LH明显低于对照组(P<0.05),当28 d时实验组小鼠血清GnRH明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),实验组睾酮有下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。雌性小鼠GnRH、LH、E2变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论:大蒜素对雄性小鼠性腺轴的GnRH具有一定调节作用,对LH、T调节不明显,大蒜素对雌性小鼠性腺轴影响不明显。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of allicin on the gonadal axis of mouse for scientific basis to further develop and utilize of this agent. Methods : Healthy clean ICR mice were randomized according to the sexes into three experimental groups and three control groups. Experimental groups were consecutively fed with allicin for 14,21 and 28 days, respec- tively, whereas the control groups were administered with saline over the corresponding period. ELISA was used to detect the levels of gonadotro- pin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and luteinizing hormone ( LH ) in each group of mice as well as testosterone (T) for male mice and estradiol ( E2 ) for female ones. Results : Lower LH levels were found in male mice managed with allicin for 14 days, and the serum GnRH levels were also significantly decreased by 28 days in experimental mice as compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Although the testosterone levels tended to decrease for experimental animals, the statistical difference was not signifi- cant( P 〉 0.05 ). The levels of GnRH, LH and E2 did not change signifi- cantly in female mice ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Allicin may regulate Gn- RH levels of gonadal axis to a certain extent for male mice, yet produce no significant effect on LH and T as well as little effect on the gonadal axis of female mice.
