摘    要:目的:通过正交试验优选苦参的半仿生法提取最佳工艺。方法:以氧化苦参碱含量为指标,在提取次数、提取工艺、样品浓缩检测等其他条件相同时,考虑第1煎提取液pH值、第2煎提取液pH值、提取温度、每煎提取时间,选用L9(34)正交表安排实验,确定最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为第1煎选用pH=2.0的酸性提取液,第2煎选用pH=9.0的碱性提取液,提取温度控制为60℃,每煎提取时间为2.0h。结论:优选出的半仿生法提取苦参最佳工艺稳定可靠,可行。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize conditions of semi-bionic extraction of Sophora flavescens. Methods:Under the unchanged con-ditions including extracting frequency, extracting course, sample concentration and detection, with the mass of oxymatrine as index, L9 (3^4 ) orthogonal design was used to investigate the effects of pH, extraction temperature, and extraction time. Results : The first extraction pH was 2.0, the second extraction pH was 9.0, the extraction temperature was 60℃, the extraction time was 2.0 hours. Conclusion : Optimized semi-bionic extraction methods of Sophora flavescens by orthogonal design is available.
