鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲伴慢性肥厚性鼻炎的同期手术治疗

目的:探讨鼻中隔偏曲伴慢性肥厚性鼻炎经鼻内镜同期手术的临床效果。方法:采用鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术、同期行下鼻甲黏膜下切除术或下鼻甲成形术。结果:169例患者术后均一次性矫正鼻中隔,下鼻甲体积明显缩小,与鼻中隔距离>3mm,随访3月～2年。鼻塞、鼻出血症状未见复发。结论:鼻内镜手术治疗鼻中隔偏曲伴慢性肥厚性鼻炎,精细微创,同期协调处理既提高了鼻中隔偏曲术后的疗效,又免除了患者二次手术的痛苦及负担,是一值得推广的方法。

Synchronic correction for deviation of nasal septum associated with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis in nasendoscopy

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of synchronic correc- tion for deviated nasal septum associated with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis under nasal endoscope. Methods：Synchronic correction in nasendoseopy included inferior turbinectomy or submucosal partial resection of inferior turbinate or conchoplasty, respectively for total 169 patients. Results ： Cor- rection of the deviated nasal septum was successful in 169 patients, led to significantly reduced turbinate size and distance between inferior turbinate and nasal septum greater than 3 mm. Follow-up from 3 months to 2 years failed to observe relapse in the total subjects such as symptoms of nasal obstruction and nasal hemorrhage. Conclusion： Synchronic correction of the deviated nasal septum associated with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis in nasendoseopy may ensure minimal invasion and improved curative effect, and free the patients from sufferings and financial burden due to secondary surgery,thus is worthy of clinical recommendation.
