口腔面部多间隙感染治疗分析

目的:探讨口腔面部多间隙感染的中医治疗方法与临床疗效。方法:将口腔面部多间隙感染者60例,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各30例,两组都采用广谱抗生素与甲硝唑联合静滴或(和)手术治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用自拟中药汤治疗。结果:两组治愈率对比差异明显(P<0.05),两组并发症对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:口腔颌面部多间隙感染是颌面部较严重的感染之一,中西药结合治疗能提高治愈率,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

The Treatment Analysis of Oral Facial Space Infection

Objective ： To investigate the treatment ways and effects of oral facial space infection. Methods ： 60 patients with oral fa-cial gap infected according to the different treatment were divided into the treatment group and the control group, two groups were a-dopted broad-spectrum antibiotics metronidazole infusion or （and） surgery, on this basis, the treatment group were added the self treatment of Chinese soup. Results：The two groups cure rate compared significant differences （P〈0.05）, two complications con-trast had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：oral and maxillofacial multi-space infection is one of the more serious infection of the maxillofacial, early detection and early treatment is the key to improve the treatment efficiency in western medicine treatment can improve the cure rate, good security, worthy of clinical application.
