瘦素及其受体在原发性肝癌中的研究进展

原发性肝癌在恶性肿瘤中全球发病率居第五位,死亡率排第三位。过去已明确其病因与病毒性肝炎、肝硬化、黄曲霉毒素、化学致癌物、遗传易患性等相关。目前已发现肥胖是肝癌又一危险因素,瘦素参与肝癌的发生、发展,肝癌患者瘦素及其受体表达异常。该文就瘦素及其受体在原发性肝癌中的研究现状进行综述,旨在为临床肝癌诊治提供新方向。

Research Progress of Leptin and Its Receptor in Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

Primary hepatic carcinoma is of the fifth prevalence and the third mortality among the malignant tumors around the world. It has made clear that primary hepatic carcinoma is related with some fartors ： viral hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, affatoxin, chemical carcinogens and genetic susceptibility. Recently, obesity is discovered as another risk factor of liver cancer,and leptin participates in liver cancer occurrence and development,with leptins and its receptors abnormaly expressed in liver cancers patients. Here is to make a review on the research progress of leptin and its receptor in hepatic carcinoma, so as to provide new direction for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
