阿奇霉素联合清肺口服液治疗小儿呼吸道感染临床疗效观察

目的:探讨阿奇霉素联合清肺口服液治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:选取100例小儿呼吸道感染患儿,实验组给予阿奇霉素和清肺口服液,对照组单独给予糖酸阿奇霉素。密切观察两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:实验组小儿呼吸道感染的治愈率(90.0%)明显高于对照组(76.0%),实验组的不良反应发生率(9.5%)明显低于对照组(18.0%)。结论:阿奇霉素联合清肺口服液对治疗小儿呼吸道感染具有较好的疗效和安全性。

Clinical Efficacy of Azithromycin and Qingfei Oral for the Treatment of Respiratory Tract Infections in Children

Objective：To study Clinical efficacy of azithromycin and qingfei oral for the treatment of respiratory tract infections in children. Methods：During the period May 2009 to May 2012,100 cases of respiratory tract infections in children were performed, and all patients were divided into test group and control group. The experimental group was treated with azithromycin and Qingfei oral control group of children with milk sugar azithromycin given alone. Close observation of the clinical outcomes of the two groups of children. Results：The experimental treatment,the cure rate of children with respiratory tract infection （90.0%） was significantly higher cure rate （76.0 % ）, the incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group （9.5 % ） was significantly lower than the con-trol group the incidence of adverse reactions in children （18.0%）. Conclusion ： Azithrornycin Qingfei with better efficacy and safety of oral solution for the treatment of respiratory tract infections in children.
