"门诊药房精准配药系统"的简介与应用

目的减少门诊药房药品调配失误造成的医疗纠纷,有效提高工作效率,为门诊药房绩效分析提供依据。方法解放军第302医院与康联达(北京)软件有限公司共同设计开发了"门诊药房精准配药系统"(以下简称"系统"),使用此系统完成配药的工作流程。结果药师使用该系统配药,可缩短配药时间,提高配药的准确率,并完成记录配药的工作量。结论该系统具有应用简便、易操作的特点,适合在医院的门诊药房推广。

Introduction and application of accurate drug preparation system for outpatient pharmacy

Objective To reduce medical disputes in outpatient pharmacy for drug procurement mistake, improve the work efficiency, and offer the reference for the performance analysis in outpatient pharmacy. Methods The accurate drug preparation system for outpatient pharmacy was jointly designed and developed by the 302nd Hospital of PLA and Kang Lian Da(Beijing) software Co., LTD.,which was used to accomplish the working process of drugs preparation. Results Pharmacist used the system to prepare drugs. The preparation time was shorten and the accuracy was improved. The system's software recorded the workload of drugs preparation. Conclusion The system was simple and easy to operate, which was suitable for the promotion in hospital pharmacy.
