评价计算机辅助设计与计算机辅助制作氧化锆全瓷冠与金合金烤瓷冠临床修复效果

目的：探讨计算机辅助设计与计算机辅助制作（CAD／CAM）氧化锆全瓷冠与金合金烤瓷冠的临床应用效果。方法：对100例患者的100颗前牙进行烤瓷冠修复，A组50例接受CAD／CAM氧化错全瓷冠修复，B组50例接受74％金合金烤瓷冠修复，修复后即刻进行美学效果评价及边缘适合性检查，修复后1年进行牙龈健康状况的检查。结果：修复后即刻检查，CAD／CAM氧化锆全瓷冠的美学效果及边缘密合性优于金合金烤瓷冠（X2=6．061；X2=4．433，P〈0．05）；修复后1年观察，CAD／CAM氧化锆全瓷冠基牙的牙龈健康状况好于金合金烤瓷冠（X2=6．658，P〈0．05）。结论：CAD／CAM氧化锆全瓷冠的临床效果优于金合金烤瓷冠。

Clinical evaluation of the effect of CAD/CAM zirconia all ceramic crown and gold alloy porcelain fused metal crown

Objective：To compare the clinical effect of computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing （CAD/CAM）zirconia all ceramic crown and gold alloy porcelain-fused-to-metal crown. Methods：One hundred patients with restoration of single tooth were divided into two groups：CAD/CAM zirconia all ceramic crown group （group A,n= 50）and gold alloy porcelain-fused-to-metal crown group （group B,n= 50）. The effect of aesthetics and the marginal fit of crown was evaluated instantly repaired,the state of gingiva was evaluated after one year repaired. Results ： The effect of aesthetics and the marginal fit of CAD/CAM zirconia all ceramic crown was better than gold alloy porcelain-fused-to-metal crown （y2 = 6. 061 ;x2 = 4. 433 ,P〈0.05）. After one year repaired ,the healthy state of gingiva of CAD/CAM zirconia all ceramic crown was better than gold alloy porcelain-fused-to-metal crown（x2=6. 658 ,P d0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical effect of CAD/CAM zirconia all ceramic crown is superior to gold alloy porcelainfused-to-metal crown.
