东莞市2006-2011年献血人群构成分析

目的了解2006-2011年东莞市无偿献血人群的构成特点,为今后东莞市无偿献血宣传工作提供科学依据。方法对东莞市2006-2011年无偿献血人群一般情况及献血情况的资料进行统计分析。结果 2006-2011年无偿献血共396984人次,献血人群男、女性别比为2.28:1;献血者文化程度多为初、高中,分别占总人数36.52%及27.01%;献血者职业以"生产、运输设备操作人员"者最多,占22%。2007-2011年每年2月献血人次为当年最低。固定献血者具有男性献血者多、捐献血小板者多、单次献血量较大、检验合格率高的人群特征。结论东莞市无偿献血的重点人群是工人,应加强对非工人人群(如在校学生、企事业单位职工等)的无偿献血宣传,鼓励更多的献血者成为固定献血者。

Analysis of the composition of voluntary blood donors in Dongguan from 2006 to 2011

Objective To analyze the epidemiological character of the voluntary blood donors in Dongguan and provide a scientific basis for the future voluntary blood donation propaganda.Method All the voluntary blood donors in Dongguan during the period of January 1st,2006 till December 31st,2011 were investigated.Results The male to female ratio of the voluntary blood donors is 2.28:1.36.52% of the donors are with junior middle school education level and 27.01% with senior middle school education.22 percent of the donors are production workers or transporting workers.There are least donors in every February.Fixed blood donors have special characteristic.Most of them were male,most contribute blood platelet,the amount of one-time blood donation is relatively larger,and with high inspection rate.Conclusions Most of the voluntary blood donors are workers in Dongguan.Publicity and education of volunatary blood donation should be implemented for the non-workers.And should encourage more and more donors become the fixed blood donors.
