ALDH1在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的研究食管鳞状细胞癌组织中乙醛脱氢酶-1(ALDH1)的表达与食管鳞状细胞癌的生物学行为和预后之间的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接法(SP法)分别检测80例术前无放、化疗食管鳞状细胞癌标本的ALDH1表达情况。结果根据Q评分(quick score),按Q>120为高表达的标准,80例食管鳞状细胞癌标本中有25例高表达ALDH1,高表达率为31.25%。研究显示ALDH1的表达与食管鳞状细胞癌患者年龄、性别、TNM分期、淋巴结转移均无明显的相关关系(P均>0.05),而与食管鳞状细胞癌的组织分化程度有关(P<0.05),食管鳞状细胞癌患者中ALDH1高表达组的生存率明显低于低表达组(P<0.05)。结论食管鳞状细胞癌ALDH1的表达与组织分化程度及患者的预后有密切关系,ALDH1可作为食管鳞状细胞癌预后评价的参考指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of aldehyde-dehydrogenase class 1(ALDH1) in esophageal squamous carcinoma(ESC) and its correlation with the biological behavior and prognosis.Methods Expression of ALDH1 protein was detected by immunohistochemical staining method(SP) in 80 cases of ESC without the history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy.Results According to the Qick Score,the rate of high expression of ALDH1 in ESC was 31.25%(25/80) when Q>120 was used as the cut-off point in the expression level.No relationship was found between ALDH1 expression with age,gender,lymph-node metastasis and TNM stage(P>0.05) except the differentiation of tumor(P<0.05).Patients with a high level of ALDH1 expression had a lower survival rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of ALDH1 are closely related to the differentiation of ESC and the patient′s survival time,and therefore may be used in the prognostic evaluation of ESC.
