藿朴夏苓汤对潮汕地区湿热质人群的干预研究

目的:从中医治未病的角度,采用藿朴夏苓汤对湿热体质人群进行干预,观察其疗效和安全性,以探索出一套适合潮汕地区人群治未病的简单有效的方法。方法:将136例湿热质人群随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组隔天给予中药藿朴夏苓汤口服,对照组给予休息、加强锻炼、心理治疗等。疗程为2月。采用症状问卷积分评价疗效并作统计学分析。结果:干预组干预后症状总积分明显减少,与对照组干预后的症状总积分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组干预前后的主要生化指标比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:藿朴夏苓汤能有效改善湿热质人群的各种症状,对人体无明显的肝肾毒性,是一种值得大力推广的预防方法。

Intervention with Huopu Xialing Decoction on Persons with Dampness-heat Constitution in Chaoshan Area

Object:According to the traditional Chinese medical theory of Preventive Treatment of Disease in,the effect and safety of Huopu Xialing Decoction on persons with dampness-heat constitution were observed to find out a simple and effective therapy for persons in Chaoshan area.Methods:One hundred and thirty-six cases with dampness-heat constitution were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group was given Huopu Xialing Decoction every other day,and the control group was given enough rest,more exercise and psychotherapy.The treatment course lasted two months.The score of questionnaire on symptoms was evaluated and analyzed with statistical method.Results:The total score of the intervention group was decreased significantly after intervention(P < 0.05 as compared with that of the control group).The differences of biochemical indexes between the two groups were insignificant before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Huopu Xialing Decoction can improve the symptoms of persons with dampness-heat constitution,having no hepatic or renal toxicity.It is worth of spreading.
