益气活血法对脑肿瘤术后胃肠功能的影响

目的:观察益气活血法对脑肿瘤术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:将44例脑肿瘤术后患者随机分为2组。对照组21例,术后以常规抗感染、止血等处理;治疗组23例,在对照组治疗的基础上于术后第1天始予益气活血方药治疗,疗程14天。测定患者手术当天及术后第3、7、14天血红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平,并记录Karnofsky评分及肠道排气、排便情况。结果:治疗组患者在服用益气活血中药第7、14天后测定其RBC、Hb水平以及肠道功能恢复情况分别与对照组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:运用益气活血方药对脑肿瘤围手术期患者的快速康复尤其是胃肠功能恢复具有良好的促进作用。

Effect of Qi-replenishing and Blood-activating Therapy on Gastrointestinal Function After Cerebral Tumor Surgery

Objective:To observe the effect of qi-replenishing and blood-activating therapy on gastrointestinal function after cerebral tumor surgery.Methods:Forty-four qualified patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=23)and the control group(n=21).The two groups were treated with conventional anti-inflammation and hemostatic therapy.Additionally,the observation group received qi-replenishing and blood-activating therapy.The treatment course lasted fourteen days.Red blood cell(RBC)count and hemoglobin(Hb) level,the scores of Karnofsky(KPS) and the changes of gastrointestinal function were recorded on the 1st,3rd,7th,14th day of surgery.Results:RBC count,Hb level,and gastrointestinal function in the observation group on the 7th,14th day were obviously improved(P < 0.05,P < 0.01compared with those in the control group).Conclusion:Qi-replenishing and blood-activating therapy has certain effect on rapid recovery of patients after cerebral brain tumor surgery,in particular on the recovery of the gastrointestinal function.
