男男性接触人群艾滋病高危行为互联网QQ干预效果

目的 了解普宁市男男性接触者人群(MSM)的基本情况,利用互联网QQ对MSM进行艾滋病高危行为干预并评价干预效果,探讨互联网QQ干预模式的可行性,为基层县市提供借鉴经验.方法 建立项目专用QQ群,在普宁市采用同伴推动抽样法(RDS)招募MSM作为干预对象加入该QQ群,通过互联网在QQ群内进行调查及干预,对干预效果进行评价,评价内容包括艾滋病知识知晓率、安全套使用情况、求医意识及行为变化等.结果 干预前与干预后分别调查58、54人.艾滋病相关知识总知晓率由干预前的62.07％提高到干预后的88.89％(P＜0.01)；最近一次与男性发生肛交性行为时安全套使用率由干预前的18.97％提高到干预后的40.74％ (P＜0.05),近3个月来与男性发生肛交性行为时每次都使用安全套的比例由于预前的10.34％提高到干预后的31.48％(P＜0.01)；如果出现生殖器破损或HIV病毒感染相关症状时,调查对象打算“到合法正规医院就诊”的比例从干预前的53.45％上升到干预后的85.19％ (P＜0.01).干预前后比较差异均有统计学意义.结论 采用互联网QQ对MSM进行艾滋病高危行为干预效果显著,有推广及借鉴价值.

Study on effect of AIDS high-risk behaviour interventions by Tengxun QQ among MSM in Puning city

Objective To study the effect of Tengxun QQ intervention of the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) high-risk behavior among the men who have sex with men(MSM) individuals in Puning city.Methods MSM were recruited using respondent driver sampling(RDS) method in Puning city and joined a special Tengxun QQ group.Intervention on AIDS high-risk behavior was through internet among group members.The effect of the intervention was evaluated by questionnaire survey on the changes of knowledge related AIDS,condom use situation,and consciousness of seeking treatment for AIDS.Results We interviewed 58 and 54 targeted individuals separately before and after intervention.After intervention,the overall awareness rate of AIDS knowledge for MSM increased from 62.07% to 88.89%(P <0.01).The rate of using condom during the latest anal intercourse with male partners was increased from 18.97% to 40.74%(P <0.05).The rate of always using condom during anal intercourse with male partners in the last trimester was increased from 10.34% to 31.48%(P<0.01).The rate of choosing "go to large hospitals" if appearance of STD /AIDS symptoms was increased from 53.45% to 85.19%(P <0.01).Conclusion Tengxun QQ intervention is effective and feasible,especially suitable for the poor area.
