摘    要:目的评价SF-36量表在新疆公务员的信度和效度。方法应用SF-36对2 695名新疆公务员进行测试。结果SF-36的Cronbachα系数为0.921。SF-36的两个分半量表的Spearman-Brown分半信度为0.776。SF-36量表各条目得分与其所在维度得分的相关性均较大,而与其他维度得分的相关性较小;各维度分与其所在子量表分的相关系数较大,而与其他子量表的相关系数较小。因子分析得到的7个因子与SF-36的理论构想基本一致。结论应用SF-36测量新疆公务员与健康有关的生存质量状况具有较好的信度和效度。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of using the SF-36 scale in civil servants of Xinjiang.Method A spot trial sampling of 2 695 civil servants was conducted to study the reliability and validity of SF-36.Results The spot trial results showed that the Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.921 and the value of Spearman-Brown split-half reliability was 0.776.The results showed a close correlation between each item of the SF-36 scale and its dimension,but a poor correlation between a particular item and other dimensions.The dimension score was significantly correlated to its subscale scores,but not to other subscale scores.Conclusion SF-36 scale has a good reliability and validity,and it is a reliable and valid measurement scale for the evaluation of health-related quality of life in civil servants of Xinjiang.
