神经外科院内感染的调查

目的　探讨神经外科医院感染的临床特点、易感部位、危险因素与防治措施。方法　回顾性分析我院 1 2 3例神经外科住院患者的有关临床资料。结果　神经外科医院感染的易感部位依次为下呼吸道、中枢神经系统、泌尿系统 ;感染因素与患者的原发病及各种功能障碍 ,如咳嗽反射障碍、排尿障碍等有关 ;细菌学检查共检出医院感染病原菌 1 38株 ,铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌位居前 3位。结论　针对各种危险因素采取相应预防措施 ,减少各种侵入性治疗操作 ,加强基础护理和危重患者的营养疗法。合理应用抗生素 ,依据药敏实验调整用药 ,可获得满意疗效

Clinical Analysis of Nosocomial Infection in Neurosurgery-123 Case Report

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, susceptible sites, correlative factors and preventive measures of nosocomial infection in neurosurgery department. Methods Correlative clinical data of 123 inpatients in neurosurgery department were retrospectively investigated. Results The susceptible sites for neurosurgical nosocomial infection were lower respiratory tract, central nervous system and urinary tract in order. There were many factors related with their occurrence such as inpatient's primary lesion and dysfunction such as disturbance of consciousness, dysuria, and disability in cough reflex. A total of 138 pathogens were found in bacteriological detection, P. Aeruginosa, Staphylococcus and Escherichia coli were the most common pathogens in order. Conclusion Neurosurgical nosocomial infection rate could be decreased after taking prevention measures according to various correlative factors, treating with antibiotics in reason and getting a satisfactory effect by using antibiotics according to drug susceptibility test.
