| 摘 要： | NALP3炎性复合体是新近发现的胞浆蛋白,主要参与免疫炎症应答反应。近年来,研究发现NALP3复合体与疾病的炎症反应相关,特别是与阿尔茨海默病密切相关。本文通过综述NALP3炎性复合体与阿尔茨海默病发生发展的相关性,为NALP3在阿尔茨海默病诊断和治疗中的应用提供理论基础及新的策略

| Abstract: | The NALP3 inflammasome , a novel discovered plasmosin , is in-volved in immune inflammatory response . Recent studies indicated that the NALP3 inflammasome had close association with Alzheimer's disease . In this paper , the association of the NALP3 inflammasome with Alzheimer's disease development was reviewed, in order to provide the theoretical basis and new strategies for application of the NALP3 inflammasome in Alzheimer's disease diagnosis and treatment . |
