摘    要:目的 比较人参不同部位-芦头、主根及须根SOD活力,为探讨SOD在人参药材中的分布及人参各部位的临床应用提供依据.方法 样品采用中性缓冲液4 ℃浸提24 h,采用改良的邻苯三酚自氧化法测定SOD活力,采用考马斯亮蓝法测定蛋白含量.结果 人参芦头SOD活力为6.518 U/mg,主根SOD活力为5.232 U/mg,须根SOD活力为2.51 U/mg.结论 人参SOD活力以芦头最高、主根次之,须根最低.

Abstract:Objective To compare the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of rhizome, taproot and fibrous root of Panax ginseng and to provide the basis of the SOD distribution, the quality evaluation in the different parts of Ginseng and clinical application. Methods The samples were extracted by neutral pH buffer at 4 ℃ for 24 hs.Coomassie brilliant blue method was used to determine the protein concentration, and improved pyrogallol auto-oxidation method was adopted to determine the SOD activity. Results The SOD activitity of rhizome, taproo and fibrous root was 6.518 U/mg,5.232 U/mg and 2.51 U/mg, respectively. Conclusion The SOD activity of different ginseng parts is different. The SOD activity in rhizome is the highest, taproot is followed, and fibrous root is the lowest.
