复宫宁治疗大鼠子宫内膜异位症的实验研究

目的:探讨复方复宫宁对子宫内膜异位症大鼠异位内膜的抑制作用。方法:采用放免法检测血清E2水平,采用HE染色和透射电镜技术观察复宫宁对异位内膜细胞形态结构的影响。结果:复宫宁组中,异位内膜体积显著缩小(P<0.01),E2水平明显下降(P<0.05);异位内膜腺上皮层明显变薄,腺体减少;细胞呈矮柱状甚至扁平状排列松散,并见较多凋亡现象和间质纤维化,而在位内膜不受影响。结论:复宫宁对大鼠子宫内膜异位症有明显的抑制作用,其作用机制可能与其调节E2水平、诱导细胞凋亡有关。

Experimental Research of Fugongning in Treating Endometriosis Rats

Objective: To study the effect of Fugongning on ectopic endometrial tissue-inhibition in Endometriosis rat models.Methods: The content of E2 in serum were determined with radio-immunoassay, slices were subjected to HE staining and electroscope observation to reveal the lesions . Results: The ectopic endometrial tissue shrinked(P<0.01) and E2 in the serum were significantly lower than those of the model group(P<0.05).Gland epithelium of ectopic endometrial tissue became thinner, the number of the glanduls decreased. ectopic endcmetrial cell was shot cylindrical even tabular with incompact arrangement ,more apoptosis phenomenon and stroma fibration.but eutopic endometria didn't surviv any infection. Conclusion: Fugongning can control the growth of ectopic endometrium distinctively by regularing E2 and promoting the apoptosis of ectopic endcmetrial cell.
