摘    要:目的建立测定三维樟柳碱膜中氢溴酸樟柳碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用WatersC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-pH=3.5的0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(7:93),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为210nm,进样量为100μL。结果樟柳碱质量浓度在0.799~7.990μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=6),平均回收率为99.95%,RSD=1.38%(n=9)。结论所用方法简单、专属性强,可用于三维樟柳碱膜中氢溴酸樟柳碱含量的测定。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To establish a method for the determination of anisodine hydrobromide in leukoplakia pellieles. Methods The Waters C18 column (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L monopotassium phosphate (pH =3.5,7:93).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 210 nm and the injection volume was 100μl. Results The linear range was 0. 799- 7. 990 μg/mL for anisodine hydrobromide (r = 0. 999 9, n = 6). The average recovery rate was 99. 95%, RSD = 1.38% (n = 9). Conclusion This method is simple with strong specificity and can be used to determine the anisodine hydrobromide content in leukoplakia pellicles.
