| 摘 要： | 目的优选健脾生血胶囊的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验，以提取时间、加水量和提取次数为考察因素对水提取工艺进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水，每次2h，提取2次。结论优选得到的提取工艺稳定性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Jianpishengxue Capsule. Methods The orthogonal test was adopted. The water extraction technology was optimized with the extraction time, water addition amount and extraction frequency as the investigation factors. Results The optimized extraction technology was adding 10 times amount of water, extracting twice, for 2 h each time. Conclusion This optimized extraction technology has good stability. |
