| 摘 要： | 目的建立止咳桃花散中朱砂的含量测定方法。方法先除去止咳桃花散中的水溶性成分，然后对含朱砂的水不溶性部分进行硝化处理，采用氧化还原滴定法，以0．1mol／L硫氰酸铵为滴定液，测定朱砂（以硫化汞计）含量。结果精密度的RSD为0．36％（n=5），平均回收率为98．06％，RSD为0．86％（n=9）。结论该方法操作简便，结果准确可靠，可有效控制止咳桃花散的产品质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a determination method of cinnabar in Zhike Taohua Powders. Methods The water soluble compo- nents were firstly removed from Zhike Taohua Powders. Then the water insoluble fraction containing cinnabar was performed the nitrifi- cation treatment. The redox titration was adopted to determine the cinnabar content with 0. 1 mol/L ammonium thiocyanate as the titrant. Results The precision was 0.36% （n =5）, the average recovery rate was 98.06% with RSD of 0.86% （n =9）. Conclusion The method is simple to operate,accurate and reliable in the detection results,and can effectively control the product quality of Zhike Taohua Powders. |
