| Abstract: | In the context of the new medical system reform and the adjustment of military hospital system,how to adapt to the new situation,and achieve scientific development are the subject to be explored and resolved.Five aspects,including idea of development,talent team construction,scientific and technological innovation,integration development and management innovation were discussed,in an order to provide references for the scientific development of military hospitals. |
