银连感冒茶的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立银连感冒茶的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中连翘、黄芩、薄荷进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中金银花中绿原酸的含量。结果确立了制剂中连翘、黄芩、薄荷的薄层鉴别方法,专属性强,斑点清晰;绿原酸进样量在o.0316-1.2640μg测定范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.60%,RSD为0.85%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便、稳定、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish the quality control standard for Yinlian Cold Tea. Methods Forsythia, skullcap and mint in Yinlian Cold Tea were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC) and the content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC identification method of forsythia, skullcap and mint was established with strong specificity and clear spots; the sample size of chlorogenic acid in the range of 0. 031 6 - 1. 264 0 μg showed good linear relationship with the peak area( r = 0. 999 9), the average recovery rate was 99.60%, RSD = 0. 85% ( n = 6). Conclusion The established method is simple, stable, reliable, which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
