九味镇心颗粒与坦度螺酮治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效对照

目的对比九味镇心颗粒与坦度螺酮治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效及安全性。方法将72例符合入组标准的广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为两组，分别予以九味镇心颗粒与坦度螺酮治疗8周，采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和Dtreatmentemergentsymptomscale（TESS）价疗效及不良反应。结果治疗8周后，九味镇心颗粒与坦度螺酮的显效率分别为72．22％和69．44％，两组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论九味镇心颗粒与坦度螺酮治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效相＂-3，均可作为治疗广泛性焦虑症的有效选择。

Effective Observation of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules and Tandospirone in Treatment of Gener- alized Anxiety Disorder

Objective To explore the effects and safety of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules and tandospirone for treating generalized anxiety dis- order. Methods A total of 72 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into the two groups and treated with Ji- uwei Zhenxin Granules and tandospirone for eight weeks respectively. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA） and the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS） were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results After 8- week treatment,the marked effective rates of the Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules group and the tandospirone grovp were 72.22% and 69. 44% respectively,there was no statistical difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules and tandospirone both can be used as the effec- tive choice for treating of patients with generalized anxiety disorder.
