静脉用药调配中心退药原因分析及管理措施

目的减少退药现象的发生，减轻医、药、护理人员的工作量及重复劳动，促进患者合理用药。方法通过对医院2010年3月至12月退药原因进行统计及分析，在2011年采取了相应的管理措施及方法。结果实施该方法后，退药组数与去年相比明显减少（P〈0．05）。结论静脉用药调配中心管理措施有效地减少了退药行为，提高了药物治疗的安全性、有效性、合理性，对提高医疗质量及管理水平具有重要意义。

Causes of Drug Withdrawal and Management Measures in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service

Objective To reduce the occurrence of the drug withdrawal phenomenon and to relieve the workload and labor duplication of doctors, pharmacists and nurses for promoting the patient＇s rational medication. Methods Through the statistics and analysis on the drug withdrawal causes in the department of pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIAS） from March to December 2010, the corresponding management measures and methods were adopted in 2011. Results After implementing these methods, the number of drug withdrawal groups was significantly reduced compared with the last year（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The management measure in PIAS effectively, reduces the occurrence of drug withdrawal, and increases the safety, effectiveness and rationality of medication, it has great significance to improve the medical quality and the management level.
