干预措施对外科临床应用抗菌药物的影响评价

目的为规范医院抗菌药物预防性应用、探索合理干预措施管理提供依据。方法随机抽取2011年9月前和10月后医院产科剖宫产手术患者的病历，各200份，分别作为干预前组和干预后组。通过各项指标分析干预前后预防性使用抗菌药情况。结果干预后术前2h以上抗菌药物用药率从33．50％下降到1．20％，平均用药时间从2．48d下降到1．37d，平均药费从1662．29元降低到1563．80元，抗菌药费从660．46元降低到590．45元（P均〈0．05）。干预后围术期抗菌药物合理应用明显提高。结论医院系列干预措施对产科围术期预防用药有效，为医院今后抗菌药物的合理使用起到了积极作用。

Evaluation on Influence of Intervertion Measures on Surgical Clinical Application of An tibacterial Agents

Objective To performe the assessment the influence of various comprehensive intervenrtion measures on perioperative preven- tive antibacterial agents use to provide the basis for standardizing the prophylactic use of antibacterial agents and exploring the rational intervention management measures. Methods Each 200 discharged medical records of cesarean section before September 2011 and after October 2011 were randomly and respectively extracted as the pre- intervertion group and the post- intervertion group. The perioperative prophylactic use situations of antibacterial drugs were analyzed by various indexes. Results The antibacterial medication proportion at preoperative 2 h after intervention was decreased from 33.50% to 1.20% ,the average medication time was decreased from 2. 48 d to 1.37 d,the average drug cost was decreased from 1 662.29 Yuan to 1 563.80 Yuan,the antibacterial drug cost was decreased from 660.46 Yuan to 590. 45 Yuan（P 〈 0. 05）. The rational perioperative priphylatic antibacterial drug use was significantly increased after intervertion. Conclusion The series hospital intervention measures are effective to the perioperative preventive antibacterial drug use in the obstetric department and play the active role for hospital rational drug use in future use of antimicrobial agents and the implemerta- tion rules adopted comprehensive intervertions are effective and feasible. Expand the hospital with antibiotics to prevent intergerence with management to explore a useful management experience,to promode safe and rational use of antimicrobial agents play an active role.
