芬太尼贴剂与硫酸吗啡控释片治疗癌痛临床观察

目的　比较芬太尼透皮贴剂 (多瑞吉 )与硫酸吗啡控释片 (美施康定 )控制晚期癌症患者疼痛的效果和不良反应。方法　 6 0例中重度晚期癌症疼痛患者随机分成两组 ,多瑞吉组及美施康定组各 30例 ,根据疼痛情况调整剂量 ,比较疗效及不良反应。结果　多瑞吉组治疗癌痛有效率为 90 .0 % ,美施康定组为93.3% (P >0 .0 5 )。不良反应多见为头晕、恶心、呕吐、便秘及排尿困难 ,多瑞吉组不良反应发生率低 ,程度较低。结论　多瑞吉与口服吗啡有相近的疗效和安全性 ,尤其适用于不能口服镇痛药的癌痛患者。

Clinical observation of duragesic and controlled- release morphine sulfate in treatment of cancer pain

Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of transdermal fentanyl (duragesic) and controlled-release morphine sulfate (MST) in the treatment of cancer pain. Methods Sixty patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into duragesic regimen group and MST regimen group, there are 30 patients per group. To adjust the dosage of the medicine for pain intensity. The efficacy and the side effects were observed. Results The result showed that the pain remission rate of treatment for durogesic was 90.0%, and for MST was 93.3% ( P>0.05).The side effects included dizziness,nauaea,vomiting,constipation and difficult urination. The side effects of duragesi were mild. Conclusion Durogesic display a comparable or slightly superior efficiency and safety profile for the management of cancer pain, and is more suitable for adult and children cancer pain cases who are unable to take oral opioids .
