| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑瘫患儿血Ca P碱性磷酸酶（ALP）及骨矿物质含量的变化。方法 40名脑瘫患儿和30名正常对照用全自动血液分析仪测血清Ca P ALP用单光子BMD400E型骨密度仪测量桡骨远端1／3处骨矿物质含量（BMC／BW）。结果：脑瘫患儿组血清Ca P与对照组无差异（P＞0．05），ALP则明显高于对照组（P＜0．01），桡骨远端1／3处骨矿物质含量（BMC／BW）低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：脑瘫患儿血清Ca P通过机体自身的调节可基本维持正常；而ALP升高和骨密度减低则提示脑瘫患瘫患儿骨矿化明显低于正常对照组。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the changes in leves of serum Ca, P and ALP and bone-mineral density in cerebral palsy(CP). Method: We selected 40 children with (CP) as test group and 30 normal children as control group Result The levels of serum Ca and P in children with CP and control group had no difference(P>0.05).Serum ALP levels were significantly higer than those of contral group(P<0.05).Bone-mineral density of radius was lower than that of control group(P<0. 05 ). Conclusion: Serum Ca and P in CP were normal through self-adjustment but serum highler levels of serum ALP and bone-mineral density showed that bone mineralization in CP was apparently lower that of control group. |
