胆道再次手术的处理(附65例报告)

我院自1988年6月到1996年12月间施行胆道再次手术65例。再手术原因：术后结石复发和残留55例．医源性胆管损伤2例，胆漏3例，胆道出血2例，胆蛔2例，胆总管结石伴肿瘤1例。52例痊愈．9例因残留结石，带“T”管出院，死亡4例。本文对再次手术的术式选择、胆漏及医源性胆管损伤的处理进行了讨论。

TREATMENT OF REOPERATUIN OF BILIARY TRACT

The article reportes 65 cases of reoperation of billiary tract. Reopera-tion reasons: 55 cases had post operative biliary stone regenerationand residue. 2 had ia-trogenic injuries of bile duct. 3 were with biliary fistula. 2 had hemobilia. 1 had choledo-cholith with tumor. Results: 52 cases healed, 9 were with biliary stone residue and 4died .In this article, selection of reoperation program, treatment of biliary fistula and ia-trogenic injuries of bile duct are discussed.
