两种疝修补术的术前焦虑分析及护理对策

目的:对我院新开展的无张力疝修补术与传统式疝修补术在术前访问患者时,有针对性地术前宣教,观察患者对两种手术方法的焦虑情况,揭示同一种疾病、不同手术方法对患者焦虑的影响。方法:将106例腹股沟疝修补术患者分为两组,无张力疝修补术(观察组)58例,传统式疝修补术(对照组)48例,术前通过客观地介绍手术方法后,分别观察、测量术前的焦虑情况。结果:通过对无张力疝修补术患者术前客观地讲解手术方法,以及与传统式疝修补术相比较,其焦虑与传统术式相比较差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:无张力疝修补术患者术前焦虑程度轻,心理状态佳,患者易于接受手术;传统式疝修补术患者术前焦虑程度重,心理负担大,术前、术中应加强护理,使患者安全渡过手术期。

Anxiety Nursig of Varions Herniorraphy

Objetive:To observe the anxiety in patients with tension free herniorraphy(TA)and conventional Bassini herniorraphy(BH)after the effective education,and then evaluate the effect of various herniorraphy on the anxoety in the patients.Method:106 cases inguinal hernia were divided into TA group(58 case)and BH group(48 cases) We observed the state of anxiety after introducing the related factors to the operation.Result:There's significant difference(P<0.01) of the anxiety comparing with BH after the education to the TH patients and with good mood and less anxiey However It's contrany to the Hy patients.We'd strengthen the nursing and get through the operation period safely.
