直接冠状动脉支架置入术临床应用及护理

目的 探讨直接冠状动脉支架置入术的临床应用及应采取的护理措施。方法 直接将带球囊的支架送至未经预扩张的病变部位,支架释放后使用同一种支架球囊进行高压扩张。术后着重做好持续心电监护,防止心律失常。血管鞘的护理。抗凝护理。结果 32例患者共置入38个支架,不预扩成功置入36个支架,成功率为95％。置入支架前后狭窄程度比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论 直接冠状动脉支架置入能减少并发症,缩短手术操作时间,术后加强护理,可提高手术成功率。

Clinical apply and nursing of directcoronary artery stentimplantation

Objective To explore the clinical apply and nursing of direct coronary artery stentimplantation. Methods The baloon was delivered to the pathological position which was not predilated. After releasing the stent.use the same stent ball - bag to dilate it with high pressure. The emphasis of nursing after surgery is continuous supervise for electrocar dio to handle cardiac arrhy thmia in time, the nursing of blood vessel sheath, the nursing of anticoagulant. Results 38 stents were transplanted to 32 patients. 36 stents were directly stented successfully without predilation. The difference in narrow degree has significant meaning (P <0. 01). The success rate was 95 %. Conclusion The direct coronary artery stentimplantation surgery can reduce the incidence of complications and can shorten the surgery time. Strengthening the nursing after surgery can increase success rate.
