4种中药注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎的成本-效果分析

目的:探讨4个方案治疗病毒性心肌炎的经济效果.方法:回顾性调查本院152例病毒性心肌炎患者的治疗方案,共分4个方案:方案1给予黄芪,方案2给予葛根素,方案3给予参麦,方案4给予生脉,运用药物经济学原理进行成本-效果分析.结果:4种方案的成本分别为1 546.77,2 117.40,2 578.68和2 288.70元,有效率分别为80.0%,85.7%,92.7%和86.1%,每获得一个单位效果,4个方案所需花费的成本分别为19.33,24.71,27.82和26.58元,在方案1的基础上,每增加一个单位效果,方案2、3和4所追加的成本分别为100.11,81.25和121.63元.结论:方案1为成本-效果比最低方案,但有效率最低,4个方案中,方案3为成本-效果最佳方案.

Cost-effectiveness analysis of 4 injections treatment for viral myocarditis

Objective:To analyze the cost-effectiveness of the 4 therapies for viral myocarditis. Methods: 152 cases of therapies viral myocarditis in the hospital were divided into 4 groups, given Huangqi,Puerarin,Shenmai and Shengmai Injections repectively. And the cost-effectiveness analysis of the 4 therapies according to the principles of Pharmacoeconomics was carried out and evaluated. Results: The cost for the 4 schemes were 1 546.77,2 177.40,2 578.68 and 2 288.70 yuan,respectively. And the effective rates for each were 80.0 % , 85.7 % , 92.7 % and 86.1 % . The four schemes cost 19. 33,24.71,27.82 and 26.58 yuan respectively for 1% of effective rate.On the basis of the first scheme (Huangqi Injection) ,the cost for other 3 schemes were 100.11,81.25,121.63 yuan respectively to increase 1% of effective rate. Conclusion: Among the 4 schemes, the cost-effectiveness ratio and the effective rate of the first scheme using Huangqi Injection are the lowest. The third scheme(using Shen-mai Injection)is the best for cost-effectiveness.
