白细胞介素-6及其基因启动子多态性研究进展

白细胞介素-6是一种多功能细胞因子,具有多种生物学活性,包括调节免疫应答、调节造血系统、诱导急性期蛋白、调节肿瘤生长、产生疲劳等。其启动子基因多态性与白介素-6血清浓度、多种疾病、地理位置以及体重、年龄、性别、骨代谢等因素有关,并且不同的民族其基因型的分布和等位基因频率相差很大。本文综述了白介素-6的结构、产生和调节、受体以其重要的生物学活性和基因多态性,为一些疾病的预防及其基因治疗提供重要的参考依据。

The Progress of IL-6 and it's Promoter Polymorphism

IL-6 is one of multifunctional cytokines and has many biological activities,including the regulation of the response of immunity and system of producing blood,inducing acute period protein,regulation of tumor growth,production of tiredness.It' s polymorphism of the promoter is concerned with IL-6 plasma level,many diseases and individual weight,age,sex,bone metabolism.The different ethnics show distinct distribution of genotype or frequency of allele.We reviewed it's structure,production and regulation,receptor and important biological functions,to offer references for the treatmant and gene of some diseases therapy.
