聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎158例

目的探讨聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法将门诊330例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分成聚焦超声治疗（HIFU）158例（超声组）,电热圈环切术（LEEP）治疗172例（LEEP组）。观察两组临床疗效及并发症。结果聚焦超声组治疗宫颈轻、中度糜烂有效率高于LEEP组,但重度宫颈糜烂方面,两组治疗效果差异无显著性。治疗后阴道排液、阴道出血等并发症的发生率,聚焦超声组明显低于LEEP组。结论聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效确切、并发症少,是目前治疗慢性宫颈炎的最佳方法。

Analysis of 158 Cases of Chronic Cervicitis Treated With Focused Ultra Sound

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of focused ultrasound therapy on chronic eervicitisl. Methods 330 cases of chronic eervicitis were divided randomly into focused ultrasound group （ 158 cases） and loop electrosurgical excision procedure group （ 172 cases ）. The curative effects and complications were observed. Resets The clinical effect of light and mezzo cervicitis in focused ultrasound group was significantly higher. There was no significant difference in the clinical effect of severe cervicitis between the two groups. The complication incidence in focused ultrasound group, such as vaginal apocenosis and colporrhagia ete, was significantly lower than that in LEEP group. Conclusion The clinical effect of using focused ultrasound to treat eervicitis is confirmed, and there is little complication after treatment. It is the best method to treat chronic cervieitis at present.
