江苏省家蝇抗性及防制对策的研究

摘    要:目的:采取综合防制措施,有效降低蝇密度,轮换或混合使用杀虫剂,使家蝇抗性得到控制,从而提高杀虫剂灭蝇效果,方法:建立家蝇抗性监测网,用点滴法测定家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性变化情况。结果:江苏省1997-1999年抗性调查结果敌敌畏、二氯苯醚菊酯、溴氰菊酯LD50(μg/只)分别为0.1854、0.0409、0.0077,分别是1982-1985年和1991-1992年的3.94、1.03、4.65、1.98倍和7.00、3.50倍。氯氰菊酯抗性监测连续5年LD50在0.03950-0.0774μg/只之间。结论:为合理使用杀虫剂及开展综合防制、提高灭效果,可抑制和延缓抗性发展。

Abstract:Objective: The resistances of house flies co uld be controlled by the way of the comprehensive controlling measures and the c h anged or mixed employment of insecticide, And then the effect of insecticide cou ld be enhanced. Methods: The surveillance net has been bui lt, and the changes of resistance on flies to insecticide were measured by dropp ing-test-way. Result:According to the data of resistance on flies form 1997 to 1999,it was observed that LD50 of DDVP,permethrin, deltamethrin were 0.185 4, 0.040 9, 0.007 7(μg/per.insect) res pectively, Which was 3.94, 1.03, 4.65, 1.98 times higher than t hat of the years from 1982 to 1985,7.00 and 3.5 times higher than tha t of the years from 1991 to 1992. LD50 of cypermethrin to house flies were varied from 0.039 0 to 0.077 4 μg per-insect at the basis of cypermet hrin resistances surveillance on fly. Conclusion:It was in dicated that rational employment of insecticides could enhance effects on house flies and inhibit or delay developing of the resistances on house flies.
