当飞利肝宁胶囊在抗痨治疗中保肝作用观察

目的：探讨当飞利肝宁胶囊在抗痨治疗中的保肝作用。方法：将78例初治肺结核病人随机分为两组，治疗组39例，对照组39例，抗痨治疗前肝功能均正常。两组均服用免费抗结核板式药，治疗组加用当飞利肝宁胶囊，对照组加用肌苷片。每个月复查肝功能，若有异常则停用抗痨药，口服当飞利肝宁胶囊保肝，复查肝功能正常就继续原方案治疗。结果：治疗组肝损伤发生率2．5％，对照组28．9％，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；对照组肝损伤病人用当飞利肝宁治疗两周后肝功能复常率达72．7％。结论：当飞利肝宁胶囊能有效预防和治疗抗痨药引起的肝损伤。

Hepatoprotective Effect of Dangfei Liganning Capsule in Treatment of Tuberculosis

Objective:To study the hepatoprotective effect of Dangfei Liganning capsule in treatment of tuberculosis.Methods:78 patients of pulmonary tuberculosis were devided into 2 groups randomly,the treatment group(n=39) and the control group(n=39),their liver functions were all normal before treatment of tuberculosis.The two groups were taken free antituberculosis drug for 6 months,at the same time,the treatment group was given Dangfei Liganning capsule,the control group was given inosine tablet.To test each patient liver function every month.If liver function was abnormal,thus to stop taking antituberculosis drug,to take Dangfei Liganning capsule to cure liver damage.When liver function regained a normal,then to continue their former treatment.Results: The rate of liver damage is 2.5% in the treatment group and 28.9% in the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.01).In the control group,72.7% of the patients with liver damage were cured with Dangfei Liganning capsule by two weeks.Conclusion: Dangfei Liganning capsule can effectively prevent and cure liver damage caused by antituberculosis drug.
