| 摘 要： | 目的 观察利胆药物菌陈对兔离体胃平滑肌条收缩活动的影响。方法 取兔离体胃底、胃体平滑肌条，安置在各恒温灌流肌槽中，用BL－310生物机能实验系统记录平滑肌条的收缩省城。结果 菌陈显著升高兔胃底和胃体纵行肌条张力，增大胃体收缩波平均振幅，并有剂量效应关系。阿托品可部分阻断菌陈对胃平滑肌条的兴奋效应。结论 菌陈对胃肌条收缩活动具有明显的兴奋作用，这种作用部分经由胆碱能M受体介导。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of yinchen on contractile activity of isolated gastric muscle strips in rabbits. Methods We took longitudinal muscle strips of stomach from rabbits. Each isolated muscle strips was put in a tissue chamber containing 5ml krebs solution and motility of muscle strips was recorded simultaneously. Results Yinchen significantly raised the resting tension of longitudinal muscle (LM) strips of gastric fundus and body and increased mean contractile amplitude of gastric body. The effect of Yinchen to gastric contraction showed dose-effect relationship and could be eliminated by atropine partly. Conclusion The results indicated that Yinchen significantly had excited action on contractile activity of isolated gastric muscle strips in rabbits and the excited action of yinchen to stomach had direct relation with M receptor. |
