四种止血材料对鼻内镜术后鼻腔填塞的疗效观察

目的:探讨各种止血材料对鼻内镜术后鼻腔鼻窦和填塞的止血效果。方法:对407例鼻内镜术后的患者,分别采用凡士林纱条,膨胀海绵,瑞纳(RHINO)快速止血材料及可吸收性止血绫填塞鼻腔,48h后抽出填塞物,观察患者填塞及抽出填塞物鼻腔胀痛,头痛,出血程度及粘膜水肿情况进行比较。结果:瑞纳组填塞期不适程度最小,抽出比较容易,凡士林纱条组抽出时渗血最多,患者不适症状较重,膨胀海绵及吸收性止血绫介于二者之间,适用于出血量少,以渗血为主的出血。结论:不同止血材料各具有优缺点,应针对不同病情恰当选择和使用。

The Effect of 4 Kinds of Haemostatic Materials Packed in Nasal Sinus after Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Objective: To discuss the effects of 4 kinds of haemostatic materials packed in nasal sinus after functional endoscopic sinus surgery.Method: The vaseline gauz,Merocel,Rhino rapid haemostatic material and the absorbable stanching satin were respectively packed into the nasal cavity of 407 cases after functional endoscopic sinus surgery.48 hours later,the packed materials were pulled out.The symptoms such as headache,bleeding from nasal cavity and edema of nasal mucous membrane were observed and compared.Result: The patients in rhino group had less comfortless feeling.The patients of vaseline gauze group had more bleeding and comfortless feeling.Conclusion: The different haemostatic materials have respective merits and demerits.They should be selected and used according to different conditions.
