2011年汉中市中心医院细菌耐药性监测分析

目的了解2011年临床分离菌株对常用抗生素的耐药情况。方法细菌鉴定与药敏实验采用全自动细菌鉴定仪,手工鉴定系统以及纸片扩散法。实验及判读标准均按美国临床实验室标准化协会推荐的进行。结果 2011年细菌培养标本14 701例,分离菌株3643株,革兰阴性菌占71%,革兰阳性菌占29%。前5位的细菌为:大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌。其中耐药菌种大肠埃希菌产超广谱β内酰胺酶占54.7%,肺炎克雷伯菌产β内酰胺酶占50.7%,多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌占36.40%,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌占32.20%,多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌占7.70%。结论常见葡萄球菌、链球菌对红霉素都有较高的耐药性。分离到对万古霉素耐药的溶血葡萄球菌(5.7%)。大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、奇异变形杆菌都对亚胺培南保持较高的敏感性,而阴沟肠杆菌则有1%的耐药率。

Analysis of Bacteria Antibiotic Resistance in Hanzhong Centre Hospital in 2011

Objective To investigate the antibiotic resistance status of bacteria isolated from the hospital in 2011.Methods Bacterial identification and antibiotic testing were carried out by automatic system,manual identification and K-B method was done according to CLSI.Results A total of 3643 bacteria were isolated from 14701 samples in 2011,Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 71%,Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 29%.The top five were E.coli,K.pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii,Staphylococcus aureus,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.In Gram negative bacilli,ESBLs was up to 54.7%.In K.pneumoniae,ESBLs was up to 50.7%,MDR Acinetobacter baumannii,MRSA,MDR pseudomonas aeruginosa were 36.40%,32.20%,7.70%.Conclusion Common ataphylococcus and streptococcus showed a high resistance to erythromycin;Staphylococcus haemolyticus showed 5.7% resistance to vancomycin;E.coli,K.pneumoniae,Proteus mirabilis showed a high susceptibility to imipenem,while enterobacter cloacae showed 1% resistance.
