自体疣埋植术联合祛疣洗剂治疗扁平疣102例疗效观察

目的:观察自体疣埋植术联合祛疣洗剂治疗扁平疣的疗效。方法:治疗组:在患者面部、手背部隐蔽处选择1～2个较为新鲜的疣体,植入上臂三角肌中下1/3交界处皮下,术后予祛疣洗剂外洗患处;对照组:外擦0.1%迪维霜,同时口服左旋咪唑。结果:治疗组总有效率为75.49%,对照组总有效率为58.57%。结论:自体疣埋植联合祛疣洗剂治疗扁平疣安全、有效,适合于临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation on treating 102 cases of flat wart by surgery implanted autologous warts plus gets rid of warts lotion

Objective: To observe the effect of treating flat wart by surgery implanted autologous warts plus gets rid of warts lotion. Methods: In the treatment group: patients face, hands back the shelter, select two more fresh wart implanted in the upper arm deltoid muscle in the lower 1/3 at the junction of the skin, after wash the affected area with gets rid of warts lotion; and in the control group: external rub 0.1% tretinoin cream, oral levamisole. Results: In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 75.49%, and in the control group the total effective rate was 58.57%. Conclusion: Treating flat wart by surgery implanted autologous warts plus gets rid of warts lotion is safe, effective, suitable for clinical application.
