| 摘 要： | 目的分析呼吸窘迫综合征患者应用血液净化新技术的临床效果。方法选取我院2004年～2011年所收治的呼吸窘迫综合征患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规治疗措施，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予血液净化新技术治疗，观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者经过治疗后，pH、PaOz、PaCO：以及SaO：相较于治疗前均有上升，而观察组的变化明显高于对照组，治疗后pH、PaO：、PaCO：以及SaO：，比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血液净化新技术在临床治疗呼吸窘迫综合征中具有较高的临床应用效果，能够有效地提高患者的临床治疗效果，值得临床推广与应用。·

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical effect of blood purification applied in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS）. Methods Selected 100 patients with ARDS in our hospital from 2004 to 2011 were randomly divided into control group given clinical conventional treatment, and observation group on the basis of control group given blood purification treatment, to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of both groups. Results There were significantly differences in pH, PaO2, PaCO2, SaO2 of both groups between before and after treatment, and the changes in observation group was significantly higher than those in control group（P 〈 0,05）. The pH, PaO2, PaCO2 and SaO2 had significant differences after treatment（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The blood purification in the clinical treatment of ARDS have a very high clinical effect, can effectively improve ARDS patients, worthy of future promotion and apphcatlon. |
