信息化新形势下医院管理模式的发展变革探析

近年来，信息化建设不断推进，在医院发展改革中发挥了很大的促进作用，特别是在促进医院管理规范化，保证诊疗数据完整准确；以患者为中心，提供针对性医疗服务，实现诊疗过程管理；提高诊疗工作效率，提升医务人员诊疗水平；实现全面成本核算，加强医院经济管理等方面的积极作用尤为明显。本文在此基础上，对医院管理和改革发展的趋势进行展望和分析，探讨信息化技术在这样的变革与发展中，为医院管理提供的重要辅助决策支持。

Development and Change of Hospital Management Mode under the New Form of Information

In recent years, the advancement of information construction facilitates increasingly the development and reform of hospital. Through an analysis of the role of the information construction for the hospital progress, this article firstly introduces the positive effects of applying information - based methods on the four sections as follows ： to promote management standardization of hospital and ensure clinical data integrality and veracity ; to achieve impeccable treatment process by offering patient - oriented and specific medical service ; to increase clinic efficiency and improve medical staffs＂ diagnosis and treat level; to realize general cost accounting and intensify economic management of hospital. Based on this, the paper makes an outlook of the nosocomial trend of administration and evolution, and analyses the significance of the information reform to provide hospital management auxiliary decision support in the reform and development on information technology.
