50例痰热清注射液不良反应及相关因素分析

目的:了解痰热清注射液不良反应(ADRs)发生的规律并分析ADRs诱发因素。方法:对皖南医学院弋矶山医院2009年~2012年收集的50例痰热清注射液ADRs进行统计分析。结果:痰热清注射液ADRs发生原因复杂,与个体差异、溶媒的选择、输液速度、联合用药、药物因素等有关,其临床表现复杂多样,可累及皮肤及其附件组织、呼吸系统、消化系统、循环系统及神经系统,以过敏反应和过敏性休克为主。结论:加强对痰热清注射液ADRs的监测,提高患者用药安全性,促进临床合理用药。

Analysis on adverse reactions induced by Tanreqing injection and its relevant factors with 50 cases

Objective To study the regulation of adverse reactions of Tanreqing injection and analyze the reason of ADRs.Method 50 cases of ADRs induced by Tanreqing injection in our hospital from 2009 to 2012 in Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College were statically analyzed.Results The reason of ADRs were complex,which were connected with the individual differences of patients,solution choice,the speed of administration,drug combination use as well as medical factors.The clinical manifestations involved injuries of various systems and organs including skin and its appendages,respiratory system,digestive system,circulative system and nerves system,and the main presentation was allergic reaction and anaphylactic shock.Conclusion It is important to strength the monitoring of ADRs caused by Tanreqing injection to improve the safety of drug use in patients and promote rational use in clinic.
