| 摘 要： | 目的观察低分子肝素(速避林)治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法64例不稳定型心绞痛(UP)病人随机分成治疗组与对照组。对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,用低分子肝素(速避林)0.4mL皮下注射,2次/d,共7d。观察患者心绞痛,心电图心肌缺血改善情况及心肌梗死或死亡情况。结果低分子肝素组的心绞痛,心肌缺血的改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);而心肌梗死率明显低与对照组(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素能较好地控制不稳定型心绞痛的发作,预防AMI的发生,且无明显毒副作用,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of treatment on unstable angina with LMH. Methods 64 cases of unstable angina patient were divided into therapy group and control group. The control group was treated with routine therapy. The therapy group was treated with LMH 0.4 mL subcutaneous injection bid. And 7 days as a course on the base of routine therapy. The clinical symptoms of myocardial ischemia improvement and infarction were observed. Results The improvement rate of myocardium in therapy group was higher than that of control group and infarction rate was lower than that in control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The LMH could control the episode of angina effectively and prevent the AMI without side effect and it should be expanded. |
