| 摘 要： | 目的研究p,p’-DDE对离体培养的大鼠睾丸支持细胞细胞内抑制素B的影响。方法从大鼠睾丸组织中分离支持细胞进行离体原代培养,在细胞毒性试验的基础上确定受试物的剂量,以RT-PCR方法定量抑制素B在不同剂量受试物作用下的变化情况。结果p,p’-DDE中、高浓度组与溶剂对照组和低浓度组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。抑制素B的灰度值随着p,p’-DDE浓度的增高逐渐降低,呈剂量依赖关系。结论p,p’-DDE对大鼠睾丸支持细胞分泌抑制素B表达可能存在着抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of p, p'-DDE on the expression of inhibin B in sertoli cells of rats. Methods Sertoli cells were separated and cultured from testicular tissue of rats, and ensured the dose of test materials by MTF test, and RT-PCR were measured on the changes of inhibin B expression. Results The results indicated that there was high difference in middle and high dose groups in comparison with control group(P < 0.05), and there were statistical significance in comparison with low dose group, and the gray scale of inhibin B decreased with the increase dose of p, p'-DDE. Conclusion The results indicated that p,p'-DDE could inhibit the expression of inhibin B. |
