西部某医院住院患者感染现状调查

目的了解医院感染的发生规律,提出有效的预防治疗措施。方法通过回顾性调查方法,对某医院2009-2011年57 795例住院患者进行医院感染调查与分析。结果该医院在2009-2011年期间共发生医院感染1 143例、1 189例次,感染率为1.98%、例次感染率2.06%。感染部位是呼吸道感染居首,其次是胃肠道和手术切囗及泌尿道感染。感染病人标本检出的病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,占47.19%,革兰阳性球菌和真菌分别占34.56%、18.25%。结论该医院住院病人医院感染率较低,但呼吸道感染是控制重点,主要措施是严格执行消毒隔离制度和无菌技术操作规范,合理使用抗菌药物。

INVESTIGATION ON NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION OF INPATIENTS IN A WESTERN HOSPITAL

Objective To investigate the occurrence regularity of nosocomial infections in some hospital so as to provide effective preventive and treatment measures.Methods Retrospective investigation was made on 57 795 cases of nosocomial infections from year 2009 to 2011.Results Among 57 795 cases investigated,1 143 cases were infected and the infection rate was 1.98%.The number of infection case/times were 1 189 with a case-time rate of 2.06%.The respiratory tract infection ranked the first place,followed by gastrointestinal infection,surgical site infection and urinary tract infection.Among all the pathogenic bacteria detected from the infected patients′ samples,Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 47.19%,Gram-positive accounted for 34.56% and fungus accounted for 18.25%.Conclusion The infection rate in the hospital is low.The respiratory tract infection is still the focus of prevention and control.Effective preventive and control measures can be taken to reduce infection,such as reasonable application of antibiotics,strict implementation of the and operating rules of aseptic technique.
