酸性氧化电位水对医院内镜消毒效果的观察

目的研究酸性氧化电位水对医院内镜清洗消毒效果。方法采用现场采样和细菌检测方法,对酸性氧化电位水消毒临床使用的消化内镜效果进行评价。用酸性氧化电位水清洗消毒5 min,随机抽取胃镜15件、肠镜15件,对消毒前、后标本进行消毒学检测。分析不同医院使用酸性氧化电位水对消化内镜的消毒效果。结果临床使用后的消化内镜经水清洗步骤之后,所检出的细菌总数范围80～2.27×105cfu/支;经多酶浸泡2 min水清洗后,再经酸性氧化电位水消毒5 min,所有内镜上未检出存活细菌,平均细菌总数降低对数值达3.51,符合规范规定的消毒效果要求。结论采用酸性氧化电位水对临床使用的消化内镜进行清洗消毒,达到了国家相关标准的要求。

OBSERVATION ON THE ENDOSCOPES DISINFECTION EFFECT OF ACIDIC ELECTROLYZED OXIDIZING WATER IN HOSPITALS

Objective To study the washing and disinfection effect of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water of endoscopes in hospitals.Methods Field sampling and bacterial detection methods were used to evaluate the effect of digestive endoscopy acidic oxidation potential water sterilizing clinical use.Washed after use,endoscopes were disinfected by EOW for 5min.15 samples of gastroscopes and colonscopies pre-and post-disinfection were selected randomly to make bacteriological tests,in order to analyze disinfection effect of different hospital using acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water on digestive endoscope.Results The total number of bacteria on clinical used digestive endoscopy with water after the washing step was 80 ～ 2.27x105.The living bacteria were not detected in all endoscopic after water immersion by enzyme for 2 min,and then by acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water disinfection for 5 min.The average decreased logarithm value of bacteria was 3.51,which in accordance with the disinfection effect of the specification requirements.Conclusion Using acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water for cleaning and disinfection of the clinical use of digestive endoscopy can reach the relevant national standards.
