糖尿病患者院内获得肺部感染危险因素调查

目的了解糖尿病患者医院获得性肺部感染的危险因素,并提出预防对策。方法通过回顾性调查方式,对某医院内分泌科2010-2011年度962例住院糖尿病患者院内获得肺部感染情况进行了调查与分析。结果本次调查的962例糖尿病患者中,发生71例肺部感染患者,感染率为7.38%。糖尿病患者院内肺部感染与患者年龄、病程、住院时间和侵入性操作等因素有密切关系。结论糖尿病患者院内获得肺炎感染危险因素与糖尿病本身许多因素有关,应有针对性地采取积极防控措施。

RESEARCH ON THE RISK FACTORS OF NOSOCOMIAL PULMONARY INFECTION IN DIABETES MELLITUS PATIENTS

Objective To investigate the high risk factors and preventive measures of nosocomial pulmonary infection in diabetes mellitus patients.Methods The retrospective survey was used to analyze pulmonary infection status in 962 diabetes mellitus patients from year 2010 to 2011.Results 71 patients had nosocomial pulmonary infection in 962 diabetes mellitus patients and the infection rate was 7.38%.The incidence of diabetes mellitus patients with nosocomial pulmonary infection was closely related with age,course of diabetes mellitus,hospital day and invasive operation.Conclusion Aggressive glycemic control,shortening the time of hospitalization,avoiding unnecessary intubation,improving the level of hand hygiene and the disinfection of the items are important prevention measures of the diabetes mellitus patients with nosocomial pulmonary infection.
