一种消毒湿巾杀菌效果的试验研究

目的观察一种消毒湿巾的杀菌效果及其安全性。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对该湿巾进行了实验室试验。结果该消毒湿巾主要活性物质为苯氧乙醇复合物。在消毒湿巾上直接污染细菌,浸透作用10 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌平均杀灭率达到100%。用该消毒湿巾湿敷动物皮肤,均未出现红斑及水肿现象,完整皮肤刺激反应积分为0,属于无刺激。该湿巾所用杀菌制剂小鼠经口急性毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(体重)。结论该消毒湿巾杀菌效果较好,对皮肤无刺激,属于实际无毒级物质。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF DISINFECTANT WIPES

Objective To study the germicidal efficacy and product safety of a disinfectant wipes.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test,skin irritation test and oral toxicity test method were used to detect the disinfection wet wiper in laboratory.Results The disinfectant wipes was made up of propylene glycol and phenoxyethanol.The average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in the suspension soaking the disinfecant wipes for 10 minutes both achieved 100%.After experimental animals skin wet compress with the disinfectant wipes,there was no erythema or edema,the skin irritation full integral was 0,belonging to no stimulation.The wipes fungicides acute oral toxicity numerical of mice LD50 > 5 000 mg / kg.bw.Conclusion The disinfectant wipes have good germicidal efficacy,and have no irritation to intact skin or nontoxic.
